Omaha Blind Bets
Like in Hold’em the first two players left to the dealer’s position must post blind bets, which like in Hold’em is used to stimulate the action and pace of the poker game.
In 6$-12$ Omaha game, blinds are around the 3$ and 6$ mark. Blinds like always are considered live. Because blinds represent forced first bet, the players forced to post the bet n raise, only in the first round of betting of course. After the betting has been done by everyone around the table it’s their turn to act once again.
Unlike Stud Poker, where position dictates the order of the plays, the player with dealer button acts last in all rounds of betting, with the exception of the first round.
