Omaha and Texas Hold’em differences
-Omaha is a high-low split game, which means more players have claim in each pot.
-Each player must make the best five card poker hand possible with two cards of his and three communal cards. In Hold’em you aren’t obliged to use any of your cards to make the hand. In Omaha you must play two cards no more no less to make a valid Omaha hand.
-Since you receive four cards instead of two you have six different starting combinations now, as an option. That is why winning hands in Omaha are way higher than in Texas.
